“ We stopped in for a quick bite. The food was amazing. The service was good. We had the fries with the beef and cheese, awesome! ”
“ We walked to this halal taco stop and it was delicious! Lucas was amazing with the service. Worth the walk in the heat for juicy kebabs and authentic Mexican tacos/ burritos! Thank you ”
“ Halal… decent food, good service and pricing is what you would expect at a tourist resort ”
“ So glad I found this place! Was craving a cheeseburger and it was exactly what I wanted! The fries were just ok and I didn’t care for the hot sauce, thought it was kinda sweet. But the lamb entree was phenomenal! Tasted even better the next day for leftovers! Would return and try more items! The staff is very nice, including the owner Simon who is from Iran! ”
“ This little Persian spot is in an unexpected place to find kebab but definitely a welcome surprise. It’s more of a small shop than a full-on restaurant, but don’t let that fool you—the food is made fresh and with care. We were helped by Lucas, who was an absolute gem. Super friendly and attentive, and he actually made everything from scratch while we were there, which made the whole experience feel personal and authentic. We went with the family mix to try a bit of everything: Chenje kebab, Kubideh, and Jujeh kebab. We also ordered doogh, Mast-o-Khiar, and Salad Shirazi. The food was fresh and satisfying—it didn’t taste exactly like traditional Persian food (which makes sense since ingredients are harder to come by in Mexico), but they did have sumac, which was a nice touch and showed effort in getting the details right. If you’re in Playa del Carmen and craving Persian food, this place is worth a visit. It’s not traditional in the strictest sense, but it’s heartfelt, fresh, and made with love. And Lucas alone is reason enough to stop by. ”
